Refund policy

Refund Eligibility



Maime University offers refunds for certain situations. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:



- Course Cancellation: If Maime University cancels a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the course fees.

- Withdrawal Prior to Course Start: If you withdraw from a course 3 days before the course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees.

- Withdrawal After Course Start: Refunds for withdrawals after the course start date will NOT be considered. No refund will be provided if you withdraw after a certain point in the course.

- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing course materials or participating in virtual classes, please contact our technical support team immediately for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Refund Process



To request a refund, please follow these steps:



- Contact Support: Send an email to info@maime.org with your refund request, including your full name, course name, and reason for the refund.

- Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in section 1.

- Notification: You will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.

- Refund Payment: If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used during enrollment.
