By using the Maime platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Policy and Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

- Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities on the Platform, including spamming, phishing, or hacking.

User Accounts

- Registration: To use the Platform, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Payments

- Fees: Our services at Maime require payment. By using these services, you agree to pay any applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Ownership: Maime retains ownership of all content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software. You may not copy or distribute any content without permission. - User-Generated Content: By posting content on the Platform, you grant Maime a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content.

Termination

Maime reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts, at its sole discretion, for violations of these Terms or any other reason.

Disclaimer

Maime provides the Platform "as is" and guarantees the accuracy, completeness and reliability of any content or services.

Changes to Terms

Maime may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
